Don has over fifty years of construction experience including over forty years of service station and convenience store construction experience. Don was President of McRo Construction from 1990 to February 2023. Don received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management) from Stanford University. He has been a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania since 1978. He is also PA DEP, WV DEP & Ohio Certified for underground and above-ground tank installations and removals. He is PA DEP Certified to perform underground tank inspections.
