Don has over forty years of construction experience with service and convenience store construction Don has close to thirty Years. Don has served as President of McRo Construction since 1990. Don has his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. In 1978 he was registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He is also PA DEP, WV DEP & Ohio Certified for underground and above-ground tank installations and is PA DEP Certified to perform underground tank tests and inspections.
